Donation Request

When we say McCraith and High Peaks are an active part of the communities we serve, we really mean it. We care about the communities we live in and do business with. We are proud of the work we do in our communities and will continue to do our part to ensure the vitality of each of the communities in which we operate.

Additional Information:

• Requests must be submitted a minimum of 60 days prior to any associated event.
• MCB is not obligated to review, respond or support any requests.
• MCB reserves the right to negotiate, modify and/or partially honor any request.
• All requests require the accurate, full and detailed completion of the donation form below. Supplemental information can be provided, so
• long as the donation form is filled out in its entirety.
• One request per organization will be accepted within a 12-month period.
• MCB reserves the right to disclose requesters and all associated information.
• Mailers, emails and verbal requests will not be accepted.
